The Client

The Garden offers fresh, customer-plucked, hydroponically-grown herbs at select local groceries and markets in the San Francisco area. The Garden has developed a system to quickly replenish spent herb displays, allowing consumers to purchase freshly picked herbs.

Brand // Collateral

For The Garden, I designed an insignia style logo for with a rustic feel, perfect for the farm-to-table nature of the company, as well as business cards and packaging.

The cards feature a leaf pattern with the veins letterpressed on one side of a two-ply, silk matte card, with company info on the opposite side. Silk matte cardstock was selected because of its tactile properties, which tends to feel like smooth skin or cellulose, giving the cards the feel of a real leaf.
